Early Career Programs For MBAs
There are some programs out there designed for students like this. An early education MBA does require some work experience, but only one or two years, as opposed to the three or four minimum requirement for most graduate courses. This should be no problem for anyone with a Bachelors in a business field, as they should have been working at least part time for their degree credits.
Doing this will have many benefits. For example, you will have a much higher salary potential with an early MBA, as most of your competition will be starting on a Bachelors, and so working towards getting into an MBA program.
Keep in mind that not every program offering students positions without work experience is actually an early MBA program. You have to look for one that provides a special course for anyone looking for a first time position, or committing to a career change. These are made for people who need a boost to get them ready to enter, or reenter the workforce.
You will also want to look for a course that offers first hand experience to its’ students as part of the course. There is nothing worst than being thrown into a purely academic and theoretic course, only to lose yourself in a work world that is cutthroat and you are unprepared for. Luckily, there are plenty of early MBA programs that will get you started and ready.
