DBA Degrees
A DBA degree is a degree program designed for executives and entrepreneurs so that they may make significant contributions to their field and society, particularly in managing government and private agencies. The focus of a DBA degree is on research means and methods, writing reports, and strategy development, and involves a combination of in-depth examination of theory and practical experience. The entire program takes approximately four years of full time study to complete.
DBA degrees will require a specialization in different fields, including technology management, organizational behavior, management science, finance, and economics. Before you obtain your DBA degree, you will have to complete a thesis or final comprehensive project as well as a formal defense that will be approved by nominated examiners and a qualified review committee. The degree will then be awarded to you when all the coursework and your written research has been approved by the committee and the awarding institution.
